Questions we often hear

Is Wing Lok a medical or nursing facility?

No. Wing Lok is a non-medical lifestyle community. We offer practical daily support, companionship and organised activities — not clinical nursing or medical care. Residents who have existing healthcare arrangements continue those independently.

Can I start with just one service and change later?

Certainly. Many residents begin with daily support or outings and move to a complete residence arrangement over time, or simply add services as their preferences shift. We talk through options with no pressure.

What does the monthly cost cover exactly?

Each service is priced clearly: Daily Living Support from HK$1,150, Excursions & Outings from HK$2,380, or the Complete Residence arrangement at HK$3,840 which bundles the private room, all meals, housekeeping, outings and every community activity. There are no hidden charges.

How often can family members visit?

Families are welcome any time during the day. We have no restricted visiting hours. Sharing a meal or joining an outing together is entirely fine — in fact, we encourage it.

Where is Wing Lok located and how do I get there?

We are at 9 Pok Fu Lam Road, Pok Fu Lam. Bus routes 7 and 91 stop nearby, and the area is accessible by taxi from Central in about 12 minutes. We are happy to advise on the best route when you call ahead.

Is there a trial or short-stay option before committing?

We invite prospective residents for a day visit before any arrangement begins. This lets everyone get comfortable with the space and the team at their own speed. Please reach out and we will arrange this.
