At Wing Lok, we do not prescribe a fixed level of care. The conversation starts with what a resident wants to keep doing independently and what they would appreciate help with. Support is structured around that, not around a predetermined package.
The three arrangements below represent the most common ways residents choose to engage with Wing Lok. They are not rigid categories — a resident in Daily Living Support can join outings without any formal change to their arrangement. We make it easy to adjust.

Daily Living Support
HK$1,150 / month
Discreet, practical help with the everyday tasks that can become a little heavy over time — tidying, laundry, errands, medication reminders. A familiar host visits on an agreed schedule, working around the resident's own routine without interrupting it.

- Regular check-in conversation with named host
How it works
- 1. We arrange a brief conversation to understand the resident's preferences.
- 2. A named host is assigned and an initial visit is scheduled.
- 3. The routine settles over the first two to three visits.
- 4. The arrangement continues month to month, adjusted as needed.
Best for: residents who are largely independent but would value some reliable help week to week.

Regular small-group outings with a Wing Lok host to Hong Kong places residents know and value — the dried goods shops of Western District, the promenade at Tsim Sha Tsui, temples in Sheung Wan, and the waterfront parks of Kennedy Town. Comfortable transport is arranged, and the group moves at a pace that suits everyone.

- Comfortable minibus transport to and from Wing Lok
- A Wing Lok host accompanying every outing
- Small groups (typically 4–6 residents) for an unhurried pace
- Monthly calendar shared in advance so residents can plan

An all-inclusive arrangement that brings together everything Wing Lok offers — a private room, all meals, housekeeping, daily support, outings and every community activity — looked after by one team under a single monthly fee. No separate bills, no decisions to make about what is or is not included.

All arrangements are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. Adjustments can be discussed at any review.
Standards shared across all arrangements
Privacy protection
Resident information is handled in line with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and shared only within the Wing Lok team on a need-to-know basis.
Staff certification
All team members hold current first-aid certification through St. John Ambulance Hong Kong and participate in regular safety and communication training.
Family communication
The team is reachable by phone and message during office hours. Families are kept informed and urgent matters are handled outside regular hours.
Food safety standards
Meals are prepared following Hong Kong Food Safety Ordinance guidelines. Dietary requirements and personal food preferences are documented and followed.
Fire and emergency systems
The building meets Hong Kong Fire Services Department standards. Emergency procedures are reviewed regularly and the team practises drills twice yearly.
Resident preference tracking
Each resident's living profile is maintained by their named host and updated after any change in preferences, routine or needs.
